hugmypc offers four core services plus an ongoing retainer, split by how they are charged.

**Hourly - reactive callouts, billed by the hour, no fix no fee:**
- **Home Tech Support**: Computer repairs, virus removal, device setup, data recovery and everyday tech help for home users ($150/hour, 1-hour minimum).
- **Business IT Support**: On-site and remote IT support for small and medium businesses - Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud migration and business networks ($180/hour).

**Quoted - fixed-price installations, quoted after a free on-site assessment:**
- **Mesh Wi-Fi Installation**: Whole-property Wi-Fi installation across the Gold Coast and Hinterland. Mesh Wi-Fi, point-to-point wireless bridge installation to sheds, granny flats and outbuildings, outdoor and long-range access point installation, data cabling, and Starlink/NBN integration. A specialty on acreage properties where distance between buildings is the problem. Free on-site assessment and one fixed price.
- **Smart Home Installation**: Private, locally run smart home installation. We consolidate devices off third-party cloud apps onto a local Home Assistant instance using open protocols (Zigbee, Thread, Matter, with HomeKit, Alexa and SmartThings bridged where already in use), so nothing phones home and automations keep running without internet. Includes smart lighting, blinds, climate and sensors. Entirely in-house, no third-party contractors. Free assessment and one fixed price.

**Retainer - ongoing monthly management, for homes and businesses:**
- **Ongoing Support Retainer**: $650/month. Proactive management of what is already installed - router and mesh firmware, security updates, Home Assistant backups, automation tweaks and new devices configured - plus priority scheduling and remote support for quick fixes. No lock-in contract.
